{"id":5388,"date":"2014-04-22T10:55:09","date_gmt":"2014-04-22T10:55:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/visitpalafrugell.ergatesweb13.ovh\/rutas\/senderismo\/senderisme-per-palafrugell\/"},"modified":"2022-08-10T10:13:19","modified_gmt":"2022-08-10T10:13:19","slug":"del-golfet-a-sant-roc","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/visitpalafrugell.ergatesweb13.ovh\/es\/senderismo\/rutes-de-senderisme\/del-golfet-a-sant-roc\/","title":{"rendered":"Del Golfet a Sant Roc"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Punto de partida:<\/strong> la playa dels Canyers \/ de Sant Roc<br \/>\n<strong>Punto de llegada:<\/strong> la playa del Golfet<br \/>\n<strong>Distancia:<\/strong> 1.407 m<br \/>\n<strong>Duraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> aproximadamente 30 minutos<br \/>\n<strong>Tipo de camino:<\/strong> camino de ronda con desniveles importantes salvados por tramos de escaleras y t\u00faneles.<br \/>\n<strong>Descripci\u00f3n del itinerario:<\/strong> camino especialmente agreste que va bordeando la costa hasta llegar al n\u00facleo de Calella.<br \/>\n<strong>Puntos de inter\u00e9s:<\/strong> las Aig\u00fces Mortes, el Castellet d\u2019en Niell, la punta dels Forcats, la Roca Vermella, la cala de la Font d\u2019en Roques, la cala de la Font d\u2019en Fina, la Agulla del Golfet, el cap Roig, el jard\u00edn bot\u00e1nico de cap Roig.<\/p>\n<p>El recorrido del Golfet a Sant Roc, especialmente agreste, puede iniciarse al lado del Hotel Sant Roc desde donde salen unas escaleras que van hacia el camino de ronda.<br \/>\nEl paseo nos permite disfrutar de una vista espectacular del frente mar\u00edtimo de Calella, bordeando la costa salvando los importantes desniveles mediante escaleras y t\u00faneles, ver de cerca las islas Formigues, -donde el a\u00f1o 1285 se libr\u00f3 una batalla naval que termin\u00f3 con la flota de Felipe III, el Atrevido-, conocer la vegetaci\u00f3n mediterr\u00e1nea, o\u00edr cantar a los p\u00e1jaros\u2026 Tambi\u00e9n podremos ver un mont\u00f3n de rocas curiosas como el Castellet d\u2019en Niell, la punta dels Forcats, la Agulla del Golfet&#8230; y finalmente, llegaremos a la playa del Golfet (si dejamos las marcas blancas y rojas del GR-92 que contin\u00faan por un tramo importante de escaleras a nuestra derecha y seguimos recto).<br \/>\nPara disfrutar de la vista a\u00e9rea de la playa del Golfet, podemos seguir las marcas del GR-92 hasta llegar a la plaza Dorothy Webster. Con este recorrido podremos hacernos una idea de lo que es la aut\u00e9ntica Costa Brava.<br \/>\nUna vez en la playa del Golfet podemos continuar el GR-92 direcci\u00f3n a cap Roig, hasta el jard\u00edn bot\u00e1nico, desde donde podremos admirar toda la flora mediterr\u00e1nea y continuar hacia Palam\u00f3s, o bien desandar el camino y volver al barrio de Sant Roc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recomendaciones:<\/strong> seguid las marcas blancas y rojas del GR-92, absteneos de hacer el camino en caso de temporal de levante, llevad calzado c\u00f3modo y abasteceos de agua.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Punto de partida: la playa dels Canyers \/ de Sant Roc Punto de llegada: la playa del Golfet Distancia: 1.407 m Duraci\u00f3n: aproximadamente 30 minutos Tipo de camino: camino de ronda con desniveles importantes salvados por tramos de escaleras y t\u00faneles.
